The circus was founded in 1945 by Rudolf Probst Probst and now this is one of the leading circus companies in Germany. The program changes every two years and is completely create by family members as well as dedicated employees. Most famous are Rüdiger Probst with his Siberian tigers, his sister Mercedes Probst with several horses and Maike and Jorg Probst performances with her award-winning in Monte Carlo Pet Revue. Probst has performed many times in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Czechoslovakia. Circus Probst is considered one of the leading circuses in Germany.
